沈阳市公安局交通警察支队

[font=仿宋_GB2312][size=16pt]为保证[b]2008北京奥运会沈阳赛区足球比赛期间[/b]交通正常运行，依据《中华人民共和国道路交通安全法》的有关规定[/size][/font][font=仿宋_GB2312][size=16pt]，决定于2008年8月6日至8月17日，对部分街路[color=black]采取临时交通管理措施。现将有关情况通报如下：[/color][/size][/font]
[b][font=仿宋_GB2312][size=16pt]一、交通管制措施[/size][/font][/b][b][font=仿宋_GB2312][size=16pt][/size][/font][/b]
[font=仿宋_GB2312][size=16pt]([/size][/font][font=仿宋_GB2312][size=16pt]一)、[color=black]7[/color][color=black]时至22时， 青年大街（文化路以南）、浑河大街（浑南大路以北），[/color]本市机动车按车牌尾号实行单号单日、双号双日行驶[color=black]。[/color][/size][/font]
[font=仿宋_GB2312][size=16pt]（二）、文安路（青年大街至通达新村）禁止机动车行驶。[/size][/font]
[font=仿宋_GB2312][size=16pt]([/size][/font][font=仿宋_GB2312][size=16pt]三)、7时至22时，二环路以内（含二环路的重工街北二路以南、西南高架路、沈水路、新立堡街），以及浑河大街、富民街、浑南大路（富民街至沈营路）禁止大型货车通行。[/size][/font]
[font=仿宋_GB2312][size=16pt]([/size][/font][font=仿宋_GB2312][size=16pt]四)、足球比赛日，球赛开始前3小时至球赛结束后1小时，采取以下管理措施:[/size][/font]
[font=仿宋_GB2312][size=16pt]1[/size][/font][font=仿宋_GB2312][size=16pt]、天坛街以东、浑南四路以南、天成街以西、浑南中路以北区域内（含上述路段），除持有“奥足赛”奥体中心五里河体育场场内通行证的车辆外，禁止其它车辆行驶。[/size][/font]
[font=仿宋_GB2312][size=16pt]2[/size][/font][font=仿宋_GB2312][size=16pt]、浑河大街以东（不含浑河大街）、南堤中路以南、富民街以西（不含富民街）、远航路以北（不含远航路）区域内，除持有“奥足赛”通行证的车辆外，禁止其它车辆行驶。[/size][/font]
[font=仿宋_GB2312][size=16pt]3[/size][/font][font=仿宋_GB2312][size=16pt]、沈丹高速公路三环绕城高速公路（下深沟立交桥）以北路段，禁止机动车由南向北行驶。[/size][/font]
[font=仿宋_GB2312][size=16pt]4[/size][/font][font=仿宋_GB2312][size=16pt]、浑河大街、青年大街（文体东路以南），禁止公交车、出租车以外的车辆由南向北行驶。[/size][/font]
[font=仿宋_GB2312][size=16pt]5[/size][/font][font=仿宋_GB2312][size=16pt]、五爱隧道禁止无“奥足赛”通行证的车辆由北向南行驶。[/size][/font]
[b][font=仿宋_GB2312][size=16pt]二、[color=black]不受单双号通行限行的车辆种类
[/color][/size][/font][/b][font=Times New Roman]
[font=仿宋][size=16pt]
[/size][/font][/font][font=仿宋_GB2312][size=16pt]（一）警车、消防车、救护车及执行任务的解放军和武警部队车辆。[/size][/font]
[font=仿宋_GB2312][size=16pt]（二）电力、煤气、自来水、通讯、城建等部门的工程救险车。
[/size][/font][font=仿宋_GB2312][size=16pt][font=Times New Roman]   [/font][/size][/font][font=仿宋_GB2312][size=16pt]
[/size][/font][font=仿宋_GB2312][size=16pt]（三）公共汽车、出租汽车、[/size][/font][font=仿宋_GB2312][size=16pt]长途客运车辆及大型客车[color=black]。
[/color][/size][/font][font=仿宋_GB2312][size=16pt][font=Times New Roman]   [/font][/size][/font][font=仿宋_GB2312][size=16pt]
[/size][/font][font=仿宋_GB2312][size=16pt]（四）持有[/size][/font][font=仿宋_GB2312][size=16pt] “奥足赛”通行证[color=black]的车辆（须遵守通行证的使用规定）。
[/color][/size][/font][font=仿宋_GB2312][size=16pt][font=Times New Roman]   [/font][/size][/font][font=仿宋_GB2312][size=16pt]
[/size][/font][font=仿宋_GB2312][size=16pt]（五）车身喷涂统一标识并执行任务的城管、工商、交通、行政执法车辆，以及卫生监督、疾病防控、环境监测、气象预报、[/size][/font][font=仿宋_GB2312][size=16pt]人防[/size][/font][font=仿宋_GB2312][size=16pt]等专用车辆。
[/size][/font][font=仿宋_GB2312][size=16pt][font=Times New Roman]   [/font][/size][/font][font=仿宋_GB2312][size=16pt]
[/size][/font][font=仿宋_GB2312][size=16pt]（六）进行作业的[/size][/font][font=仿宋_GB2312][size=16pt]环卫、园林、道路养护的专用车辆。[/size][/font]
[font=仿宋_GB2312][size=16pt]（七）[color=black]邮政专用车辆。[/color][/size][/font]
[font=仿宋_GB2312][size=16pt]（八）[/size][/font][font=仿宋_GB2312][size=16pt]悬挂“[color=black]领[/color]”字头号牌车辆[color=black]。[/color][/size][/font]
[b][font=仿宋_GB2312][size=16pt]三、停车场设置情况[/size][/font][/b]
[font=仿宋_GB2312][size=16pt]奥体中心五里河体育场周边共设置[b]6[/b]种[b]15[/b]处[b]停车场，包括[b]3处[/b]持[/b][/size][/font][font=仿宋_GB2312][size=16pt]“奥足赛”[/size][/font][font=仿宋_GB2312][size=16pt][b]通行证观众机动车停车场，停放车辆[b]4000[/b]台；[b]3处[/b]公交车停车场，停放车辆[b]300[/b]台；[b]1处[/b]公安车停车场，停放车辆[b]400[/b]台；[b]2处[/b]工作车停车场，停放车辆[b]400[/b]台；[b]2处[/b][/b][/size][/font][font=仿宋_GB2312][size=16pt]非机动车停车场[b]、[b]4处[/b]无[/b][/size][/font][font=仿宋_GB2312][size=16pt]“奥足赛”[/size][/font][font=仿宋_GB2312][size=16pt][b]通行证观众机动车停车场，停放车辆[b]3400[/b]台，共计可停放机动车辆[b]8500[/b]台。[/b][/size][/font][b][font=仿宋_GB2312][size=16pt][/size][/font][/b]
[b][font=仿宋_GB2312][size=16pt]四、观众停车场设置[/size][/font][/b]
[b][font=仿宋_GB2312][size=16pt]1[/size][/font][/b][b][font=仿宋_GB2312][size=16pt]、P1[/size][/font][/b][b][font=仿宋_GB2312][size=16pt]停车场：[/size][/font][/b][font=仿宋_GB2312][size=16pt]位于奥体中心五里河体育场北侧，设置在南堤中路以南（不含南堤中路）、浑南三路以北（不含浑南三路），天威街以东（不含天威街）、富民西街以西区域内的道路上[b]，需凭P1通行证停放，共计[/b]可停车[b]2100[/b]台。[/size][/font]
[b][font=仿宋_GB2312][size=16pt]2[/size][/font][/b][b][font=仿宋_GB2312][size=16pt]、P2停车场：[/size][/font][/b][font=仿宋_GB2312][size=16pt][b]位于[/b][/size][/font][font=仿宋_GB2312][size=16pt]奥体中心五里河体育场南侧，设置在海通路（中国印广场）、会展中心广场，需凭P2通行证停放，共计可停车[b]1000[/b]台。[/size][/font]
[b][font=仿宋_GB2312][size=16pt]3[/size][/font][/b][b][font=仿宋_GB2312][size=16pt]、P3停车场：[/size][/font][/b][font=仿宋_GB2312][size=16pt][b]位于奥体中心五里河体育场南门对面的[/b][/size][/font][font=仿宋_GB2312][size=16pt]29[/size][/font][font=仿宋_GB2312][size=16pt]广场内，只准停放小型车辆，需凭P3通行证停放，可停车[b]900[/b]台。[/size][/font]
[b][font=仿宋_GB2312][size=16pt]4[/size][/font][/b][b][font=仿宋_GB2312][size=16pt]、[b]无[/b][/size][/font][/b][b][font=仿宋_GB2312][size=16pt]“奥足赛”[/size][/font][/b][b][font=仿宋_GB2312][size=16pt]通行证[/size][/font][/b][b][font=仿宋_GB2312][size=16pt]观众机动车停车场：[/size][/font][/b][font=仿宋_GB2312][size=16pt]4[/size][/font][font=仿宋_GB2312][size=16pt]处无证机动车停车场分别位于奥体中心五里河体育场东、南、西、北四个方向，东部停车场位于朗日街以西、富民东街以东、浑南中路以北（不含浑南中路）、南堤中路以南区域内的道路上，可停放车辆[b]1600[/b]台；北部停车场位于南堤路三义街以西路段，可停放车辆[b]500[/b]台；南部停车场位于远航路天坛南街以东路段，可停放车辆[b]300[/b]台；西部停车场位于浑南中路沈营公路以西路段，可停放车辆[b]1000台[/b]。[/size][/font]
[b][font=仿宋_GB2312][size=16pt]5[/size][/font][/b][b][font=仿宋_GB2312][size=16pt]、非机动车停车场：[/size][/font][/b][font=仿宋_GB2312][size=16pt][b]分别设在三义街沈营公路至浑南环岛路段、富民东街恒达路以北路段。[/b][/size][/font][font=仿宋_GB2312][size=16pt][/size][/font]
[b][font=仿宋_GB2312][size=16pt]五、公交停车场设置[/size][/font][/b]
[font=仿宋_GB2312][size=16pt]公交直通车停车场布置在奥体中心五里河体育场西、东、南3个方向，分别设置在营盘北街浑南中路至浑南五路路段、浑南四路天成街以东路段、天坛南街浑南中路以南路段的道路上，可停放[b]300[/b]台公交车辆。[/size][/font][b][font=仿宋_GB2312][size=16pt][/size][/font][/b]
[b][font=仿宋_GB2312][size=16pt]六、出租车下客站设置[/size][/font][/b]
[font=仿宋_GB2312][size=16pt][b]入场时在浑南中路环岛至沈营公路路段、天坛街公交停车场以南路段、富民街浑南中路以北路段各设1处出租车下客站，准许运送观众的出租车辆在此下客。出租车在指定下客站停车下客后，需立即驶离，严禁停车候客。[/b][/size][/font]
[b][font=仿宋_GB2312][size=16pt]七、入散场车辆行驶路线[/size][/font][/b]
[b][font=仿宋_GB2312][size=16pt]1[/size][/font][/b][b][font=仿宋_GB2312][size=16pt]、P1停车场车辆：[/size][/font][/b][font=仿宋_GB2312][size=16pt][b]入场由五爱街、五爱隧道和富民街、浑南三路两条路线进入。散场时原路返回。[/b][/size][/font]
[b][font=仿宋_GB2312][size=16pt]2[/size][/font][/b][b][font=仿宋_GB2312][size=16pt]、P2停车场车辆[/size][/font][/b][font=仿宋_GB2312][size=16pt][b]：入场由浑河大街、高新区匝道、远航路、天坛南街进入。散场时原路返回。[/b][/size][/font]
[b][font=仿宋_GB2312][size=16pt]3[/size][/font][/b][b][font=仿宋_GB2312][size=16pt]、P3停车场车辆[/size][/font][/b][font=仿宋_GB2312][size=16pt][b]：入场由浑河大街、浑南中路进入。散场时由浑南中路经富民街或长青街返回。[/b][/size][/font]
[b][font=仿宋_GB2312][size=16pt]4[/size][/font][/b][b][font=仿宋_GB2312][size=16pt]、无证“奥足赛”通行证观众车辆[/size][/font][/b][font=仿宋_GB2312][size=16pt][b]：按不同来向，可分别在管制区外就近的无证停车场停放。[/b][/size][/font]
[b][font=仿宋_GB2312][size=16pt]5[/size][/font][/b][b][font=仿宋_GB2312][size=16pt]、运送观众的出租车辆[/size][/font][/b][font=仿宋_GB2312][size=16pt]：按不同来向，可分别至就近下客站下客。由[/size][/font][font=仿宋_GB2312][size=16pt][b]浑河大街来的出租车辆可经高新区匝道、远航路进入天坛南街下客站，下客后调头由原路驶出管制区；也可由沈营公路进入浑南中路下客站，下客后调头由浑南大路经沈苏快速路入市。由富民街来的出租车辆，进入富民街西侧下客站，下客后经浑南大路、长青街入市；由长青街来的出租车辆，进入富民街东侧下客站，下客后经富民街入市。[/b][/size][/font]
